Coconut Oil Crunchies
1.5 cups shredded coconut 3/4 c maple syrup or honey 3/4 c cocoa powder Dash Vanilla Extract 1/4 c coconut oil (melt gently) Mix all together and pat in pan. Put in fridge to harden.
