Dr. Barbara: Esophageal Cancer double in Bisphosphonate (Fosama...

http://drbarbarapowell.blogspot.com/2011/05/esophageal-cancer-double-in.html

Dr. Powell's blog is one to read. She says we shouldn't take Fosamax because there is consequences. We discussed today a better attack on building good bones.
Strontium ( http://www.worldhealth.net/news/strontium_breakthrough_against_osteoporo/) is one supplement to take on an empty stomach in the morning. Boron, Vitamin D, Magnesium and Vitamin K are also very important for bone health.
Eating a gluten free, sugar free and possibly dairy free diet we may see a bone mass increase. Another way to get more natural bioavailable calcium is through egg shells.

Eggshell Tincture
Ingredients
12 eggshells from local free range or pastured chickens.
1 pint raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Remove the inner membrane from the cleaned, cracked and used eggshells and crush lightly in a mortar and pestle.  You don’t need to crush them into a powder, just into small pieces.
Place eggshell bits in a one quart mason jar and add 1 pint of cider vinegar and close the lid.   Make sure you use a one quart mason jar as the mixture tends to foam up so you will need the extra room in the jar.
Leave on the counter or in the pantry.  No need to refrigerate.
Use 1 TBL in a glass of filtered water up to three times per day as a calcium boost and digestive aid.
TIP for Acid Reflux: 1 TBL of this tincture in an 8 oz glass of filtered water is especially helpful for digestion after meals if you suffer from acid reflux.

Don't forget your greens, Kale, Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts are ones that come to mind.
Make sure you are not taking in pop and other acidic food that needs calcium to digest.
Healthy strong bones for everyone.

Check out this article/t.v. episode.

Don't give up if it takes awhile to find the right doctor to help with the diagnoses.
