Since I work in a health food store, I have many people coming in with many illnesses. It seems to me most of them are Celiac/gluten sensitivity related. Dr. Osbourne of Gluten Free Society gives an explanation about the differences. He also makes reference to 20 different symptoms and disease related to gluten.
