Gluten Damages Brain
We talk about the damage that gluten does to the intestines. We need to talk about the damage it does to our brain. Here are two interesting articles from Green Med Info.

It is easy to get complacent about the processed food and even the wheat that is available for consumption. We think they (regulators of food, government etc...) would never allow food out that could damage us. Well think again.
Grain free, dairy free and sugar free will go a long way to keeping us healthy and our brains sharp.
